Welcome to our Projects showcase. In this section you can view some of the innovative and exciting work that has been produced in conjuntion with external agencies and groups with the support of the Forest Gate City Learning Centre.

Yr 9 Forest Gate Comm. Sch. & Cumberland Sch. - 'Feeling Safe' Project.

More than 200 year 9 students created artwork based around the themes of combating negative stereotypes, feeling safe and making a positive contribution to the community. Using a combination of real and digital media, (Adobe Photoshop, digital photography and screen printing), the students created a large body of work. This work can be viewed at some 47 locations throughout the London Borough of Newham.

Yr 9 Borough Wide - 'Bridging the Gap' (Fundamental Architectural Inclusion)

18 pupils from Stratford Secondary School worked with the Bridging the Gap team (Fundamental Architectural Inclusion) and FGCLC staff to design their very own 2012 London Games visitor centre, creating both small facsimiles and digital 3D models of thier final designs.

Yr 10 Forest Gate Community School - Magazine Design.

Yr 10 students from Forest Gate Community School attended a 1 day workshop in Magazine. Working with Adobe Photoshop CS, the students were given a brief to design a cover the youth magazine 'SUSSED'.
